Shalyn Stevens, Ph.D.

Research Manager

Dr. Shalyn Stevens works as a Research Manager at Pacific Research and Evaluation. She earned her doctorate in psychology from Colorado State University, specializing in industrial-organizational psychology, occupational health psychology, and research methods. Shalyn has advanced training in both qualitative and quantitative methods, as well as data visualization. She is passionate about using evidence-based approaches to promote long-term organizational success. Since joining Pacific Research and Evaluation, Dr. Stevens has worked with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the American Battle Monuments Commission, and Portland State University. Prior to joining Pacific Research and Evaluation, Shalyn worked in people analytics and data visualization. She also has experience doing evaluation work with public and private sector organizations across the U.S., including Platte River Power Authority, Denver Public Works, Black and Veatch, and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. Dr. Stevens is particularly interested in closely collaborating with clients to understand their needs and effectively translating complex data into actionable insights that inform organizational decisions and strategy.
