Wil Jimenez is a Research Associate at Pacific Research and Evaluation. He completed his master’s degree in psychology at Old Dominion University, where he specialized in industrial-organizational psychology, and bachelor’s degree in psychology at the George Washington University. Wil has advanced training and expertise in psychometrics, multivariate statistics, and literature reviews of complex social science topics. He is passionate about researching and promoting worker well-being—both as a driver of organizational effectiveness and as an important end in its own right. Prior to joining Pacific Research and Evaluation, he partnered with the Office of Naval Research to research effective leadership and interned at NASA’s Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer. Wil is currently a Ph.D. candidate completing dissertation work at Old Dominion University.
